We combine it with ultrasound when hard deposits must go. It is part of professional hygiene — not a stand-alone whitening treatment and not a substitute for treating cavities or gum disease.

For a few hours, avoid strongly pigmenting drinks and foods (coffee, tea, red wine, berries, sauces with dyes) and smoking — so pigment does not return right away. The clinician will give exact guidance after the visit based on your sensitivity.
