Where we see patients

Dental Story is a family dental clinic in Lviv’s Novyi Lviv district, at 10 Sumska Street. We design visits to be clear from the door to the treatment plan. Address and map cues are on the contact page; online booking works without a phone call.

We do not rush you between rooms without explanation. At the consultation we speak plainly: what hurts, which options exist, what can wait, and what ballpark cost to expect before you start. If you only need hygiene or a talk about implants, a short visit is fine — no pressure to “sign everything today”.

How we handle prices and fear

Transparency is not a slogan. Price-list and calculator ballparks help you understand the order of magnitude before a large job; the dentist agrees a written plan and estimate with you after examination and needed scans. Anti-fear means concrete steps: explain stages ahead of time, avoid doing everything “in one go”, leave room for questions, use modern anaesthesia. We do not promise “you will feel nothing, always, for everyone” — sensation is individual. We promise: no pressure, a plan B, and your consent for each next step. If you need to stop — we stop and revise the plan together.
