Implants

All-on-4 and All-on-6 in Lviv

Instead of an implant for every tooth: a fixed prosthesis on 4 or 6 implants. CT and a plan first — same-day temporaries only when the bone allows.

All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full jaw on a few implants — not “new teeth in an hour for everyone”. It suits a jaw with almost no teeth left, or a loose denture. How many implants, the angulation, and whether you leave with temporaries that day is decided after the CT, not from an ad.

Why a full arch at Dental Story

3D first, not a price list

CT shows bone, sinus, and nerve. Without it All-on-4 is a lottery, and we do not play.

4 or 6 — by the anatomy

All-on-4 uses fewer implants; All-on-6 gives reserve when bone is weak. We choose after the scan, not “whichever is cheaper in the ad”.

Same-day teeth are not a promise to everyone

If primary stability is there — we fit a temporary that day. If not, we wait for integration. We say so before we start.

Sedation if you want it

Several implants in one visit take longer than one tooth. We discuss sedation if that feels more comfortable.

How All-on-4 / All-on-6 works

  1. 1

    Consultation and CT scan

Exam, tomography, and whether this protocol, a denture, or single implants make more sense.

  2. 2

    Plan and quote

Implant count, stages, temporary and final prosthesis. The price is agreed before surgery.

  3. 3

    Placing the implants

We remove teeth that can't be saved, place the implants and, when stability allows, fit a temporary fixed prosthesis.

  4. 4

    The final restoration

After integration (usually a few months) we replace the temporary with the definitive prosthesis.

All-on-4 FAQ

How is All-on-4 different from an implant per tooth?

The whole jaw sits on 4 or 6 implants and one fixed prosthesis. It is faster and often cheaper than 10–12 single implants, but hygiene under the bridge is different — we'll show you how to clean it.

Does All-on-4 suit everyone?

No. Little bone, uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking, or active periodontitis without prep — reasons to choose another plan. The CT decides, not what you saw in an ad.

Will I really have teeth the day of surgery?

A temporary — yes, if the implants are stable. That is not the final look and not a reason to crack nuts the next day. The definitive set comes after integration.

How long does it last?

With good hygiene and regular check-ups, implants can last many years. The prosthesis wears and sometimes needs relining or replacement. Check-ups a few times a year are part of treatment.

What about a “turnkey” price?

There is no one number for every jaw: prosthesis material, grafting, and sedation change the sum. We name it after the CT and agree it before we start — not mid-surgery.

What diagnostics are needed before All-on-4?

First a consultation and CBCT: the exam and scan show bone, sinus and nerve — whether All-on-4 makes sense or another plan is better. We do not plan All-on-4 without imaging.

Is sedation possible with All-on-4?

Yes, when indicated. Several implants in one visit take longer than a single tooth; we discuss sedation if that feels calmer. Details: sedation treatment
